3D Generalist / Senior Light Modeler

About us:

In Light Origin Studio we create advanced and refined visuals and animations for global brands. Because we work with cutting edge technologies, we are not restricted by technical limitations, only vision and creativity matter. We expect:

  • sending us a portfolio and a resume
  • experience as a Generalist Graphic Designer
  • very good knowledge of 3Ds MAX + V-Ray + Corona
  • superior skills in creating realistic shaders in Corona
  • advanced skills in making interesting and realistic lighting of the stage (creative approach)

Joining us you will learn a lot from working with a team of experienced creative designers, animators, modelers and 3D graphic designers on animation projects from all over the world. You will be responsible for lighting and rendering design models of products and interiors with the latest versions of 3Ds MAX software, V-Ray and Corona engines.

Organisational Culture:

In Light Origin Studio we care about good atmosphere and relationships. We work no more than 8 hours a day in a comfortable office in the Omega skyscraper at Dąbrowskiego Street. We use high quality equipment, which allows us to work on advanced projects. We are far from a corporation, and much closer to a family business.

Arranger / Creative Designer 3D

Animator / Motion Designer 3D

  • experience as an animator/3D motion designer
  • very good knowledge of 3Ds MAX (Corona, V-Ray) and Adobe After Effects
  • multi-source animation compositing and post-production skills in Adobe After Effects
  • ability to rig in 3Ds MAX (simple, reverse and CAT kinematics)
  • team-working skills
  • a keen interest in the VFX industry and a willingness to develop in this field
  • conscientiousness and reliability
  • creative and proactive problem-solving skills
  • basic command of English

You will create animations using a wide variety of techniques and a wide range of software such as: 3Ds MAX, Adobe After Effects, PhoenixFD, Marvelous Designer, Plexus, Trapcode particulator and many other tools used in VFX.

Modeler 3D

About us:

In Light Origin Studio we create advanced and refined technological and product animations. Because we work with cutting edge technologies, we are not restricted by technical limitations, what matters is only creativity and vision. We are looking for a modeler who will support our team in the preparation of high quality, high-poly 3D models. We produce high quality CGI for advertising and need excellent 3D models of consumer products, furniture and architecture.

Your responsibilities:

  • creating 3D models of products, texturing + shaders in Corona
  • organization and archiving of frequently used assets
  • active optimization of modeling pipeline
  • cooperation with other team members on more complex projects

Minimum requirements:

  • portfolio
  • systematicity and excellent work organisation
  • communicativeness
  • ability to read technical and architectural drawings
  • at least a mid-knowledge of the English language
  • ighly developed 3ds Max modeling skills (polymodeling, mesh optimization, other formats conversion, UVW mapping, multiple channel mapping).
  • creating textures and shaders in Corona
